This superb tribute fully displays their dedication to quality craftsmanship, built exclusively for Squarebody enthusiasts and motorheads alike.
The SS02 project culminated in a remarkable moment when it took a turn around the infamous brickyard of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway with IMS president Doug Boles the night before the 2019 Indy 500. The impeccable design has also been immortalized in diecast toy form, selling out at over 4,000 Walmart locations upon release. The truck comes complete with collector toy counterparts and framed original artwork, showcasing its significance in Squarebody history.
Under the hood of this remarkable tribute lies a completely reimagined custom supercharged LS3 376ci V8 engine. It proudly bears the autograph of Indy 500 winner Bobby Unser on its one-off billet “Syndicate” valve covers. Paying tribute to Keith Black and his vision of the perfect small block, the engine was reimagined to capture that essence, as seen on the cover of Hot Rod magazine in October 1979.
